Jewelry can be exchanged within a maximum of 10 days, provided it is unworn, in its original packaging, and includes all documentation provided at the time of purchase.
Pieces that have been engraved or modified are not eligible for return or exchange. Furthermore, the engraving fee is non-refundable.
